LS power brings to you the awesome GM LS7 – the most powerful production American small block V8

LS Dyno Video 9Mb
This very special engine is simply outstanding, huge power with no loss of typical LS smoothness and incredibly economical to run, the perfect high power engine for the specialist car builder.
First initial tests have returned some impressive figures. The video shows a Gardner Douglas T70 on the rollers producing an easy 542bhp – the engine actually went on to produce over 550bhp with a conservative 30deg of timing. Later road tests have also produced equally impressive fuel consumption, on returning home to Denmark the proud GDT70 owner advised an average 9.6km/lt equivalent to 25.92mpg, - don’t forget this car has 550bhp!
The GD T70 tested runs a Porsche 996 GT2 transaxle driving 335x30x18 rear tyres giving 30mph/1000rpm. The engine is running through a stock GD T70 catalysed exhaust system which sailed through the UK SVA on emissions and noise at 97dbs @ 0.5mtr.
As with all other GD LS engine packages, we continue to use our own engine wiring harness and aftermarket ECU for an easier installation
